I’ve created this 14 day blood sugar reduction challenge based on what worked for me. I got myself overweight and diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I had all the typical symptoms: continually very tired and hungry, constantly thirsty and sharp stabbing pain in my feet.
It came as a shock to me to be diagnosed with Diabetes. I decided that I was going to use it as a positive motivation to get back to very good health.
That’s what I’ve done – I worked out what I needed to do to get into remission!
